About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead the operations of its acute-care facility. Key responsibilities for the CAO include overseeing the overall operations of the facility, maintaining professional ethics, and providing guidance on major construction projects and hospital operations. The role also requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to design and implement strategic plans. The CAO will be expected to have a strong focus on customer service, be adept at negotiating, and have the ability to analyze financial data and plan for long-range objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in growing hospital revenue, meeting budgetary goals, and ensuring the highest standards of ethical behavior.
