Collaborate with the clinical and operations staff to coordinate patient care efficiently. Provide skills training and peer coaching to clients. Aid clients in participating in their scheduled virtual appointments. Transport clients to appointments and outings. Skills: Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Basic working knowledge of an EMR/EHR. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. CAS certification is preferred. Some working knowledge of clinical terms to facilitate clear communication within the team. Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred. Personal lived experience is preferred.
