Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Search Consultant, also known as a Senior Physician Recruiter, to join our team. In this role, you’ll consultatively partner with clients to identify and place top-tier physician and advanced practice candidates by utilizing JPS’s innovative sourcing tools and resources. You’ll have the opportunity to visit clients onsite, building meaningful and lasting client relationships. This role blends the excitement of sales with the fulfillment of recruiting, paving the way for a career filled with uncapped earnings, personal and professional growth, and making a meaningful impact on clients’ communities. Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs Communicate proactively with clients on search progress and strategy Achieve productivity goals and metrics Source, screen, and qualify physician and advanced practice candidates through outbound calling and outreach with attention to detail and prompt follow up Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles, 10-15% a year Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 4+ years of healthcare recruitment and/or staffing industry experience required 4+ years of physician recruitment experience preferred Retained staffing firm experience preferred Demonstrated success in client-facing roles requiring strategic communication and relationship building Professional presence and confidence to work with physicians and hospital executives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce/CRM, and job boards Consistent employment history with verifiable references Why You'll Love It Here: Named a Top 100 Best Place to Work in Healthcare annually since 2016, Jackson Physician Search fosters a supportive, high-performance culture that celebrates individual and team achievements.
