Seeking a Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW) to provide home and community-based early intervention services for children birth to 3 years old and their families. Responsibilities include: Partnering with families to develop individualized, culturally sensitive plans supporting developmental needs across various domains. Conducting assessments, developing and monitoring the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), and delivering direct child development interventions. Acting as a service coordinator, facilitating parent-child interactions, and empowering families as advocates. Requirements: Master’s in Social Work or equivalent licensure. Experience with infants/toddlers preferred. Strong communication skills. Driving license required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
