At Woof Gang Bakery, we are committed to the health, well-being, and care of all pets, and our team members strive to help pet parents make choices that promote lifelong health for our furry friends. We strive to impress our customers with the look and feel of our store. With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our team members play an integral role in helping our pet parents find what they need right when they need it. Also, you will be essential in executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing.
You will be a role model for all associates in relation to the store operations standards and procedures. You will lead your team to deliver quality pet parent service and a great work environment. You will be working in an energetic store environment where you will be able to positively influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and grow your leadership skills.

Qualifications for the position
-Meet Woof Gang Bakery store operating policies and standards, including providing quality pet parent experiences and expertise in our products, cash handling, and store safety and security
-Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
-Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
-At least one (1) year experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the functions of four (4) or more employees

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Ability to build relationships and engage teams
